Mp3 to .UMX

First you will need two programs. I use WavPad, and OpenMPT.. (Need version 1.18.03.00)
I tried using newer versions but never could get it to work with .UMX files..
Ok, let's get started..
1. Open up WavPad and open/load up your .MP3
2. Next Click on Edit, then on the drop down menu click on "CONVERT CHANNELS"
3. COVERT CHANNELS to "Mono"
4. Next click on "CONVERT SAMPLE RATE"
5. I usually use 22050.

8. Now a little pop up will appear .. LOOK AT IT CLOSELY
9. Make sure it ALWAYS have MONO in the pop up box..
10. Should say 22050 Mhz 8 bits, Mono (Leave it as a PCM Uncompressed) Click ok and it should save..

11. Now open up OpenMPT, and click "File" and the "Open" in the drop down menu.
12. To find your recently created .wav file change "files of type" to Wave Files (.wav)

13. Now find and click on your wav..
14. Click the "Patterns" tab.
15. Under the "0" tab highlight and right click the letter/number and copy it.

16. Now under the same "Patterns" tab, click the first "1"
17. Now right click and paste the letter/number sequence in the area shown in pic below..

18. Now click on "File" and then "Save As" .. Save it as a .IT file
19. Now open up your Unreal Editor, and click the "Music Browser" Click on File, and then "Import"

20. Now find your .IT file load it up and click the save icon (looks like a floppy disc)
21. Name your file and make sure the editor is saving it under the Music directory.

22. You have now created your .UMX file.. Load your map and add it. (Congrats)
